- Counseling with 75,000 licensed clinicians. Seven sessions per issue, and you can come back with a new one as often as you need to.
- Your lab work gets booked for you. Health Compass finds the location, makes the appointment and sends the results to your doctor — 5,000 Quest Diagnostics® and Labcorp® locations, and nothing to pay at the counter.

Is this insurance?
No. Vital Direct is a membership program from Health Compass Inc.™ that gives you access to contracted doctors, pharmacies and labs for a flat monthly fee. It is not insurance, it does not replace major medical coverage, and it is not designed to.
Can I see a doctor in person?
Not through this membership. All doctor visits are virtual. Your prescriptions are filled at a real pharmacy and your lab work is drawn at a real lab — but the doctor is always on your phone.
What does my family cost?
Nothing extra. $165 a month covers you, your spouse or partner, and your children. There is no per-person pricing and no family tier.
Where is it available?
Every state except New York. Vital Direct is not available in New York.
